The facility offers a wide selection of services and amenities, yet also encourages independence from those residents still physically capable of it.

Residents can receive help from the staff with day-to-day needs, including cleaning, dressing, and grooming. Hospice care is provided to help make those residents suffering from terminal illness as comfortable as possible.

Exercise classes are available for those residents still physically capable of taking part in them. Religious activities are available for those residents who place an importance on spirituality. There are educational programs available for residents still interested in learning new things. Residents who are fans of the outdoors can visit the facility's outdoor gardens to catch some fresh air. Cable television is available in each apartment at the facility, so residents are not stuck with just watching local channels. Dogs and cats are accepted as pets, but must first be approved by the facility's management.
